Story
Hello, we are the Jarvis family! We have raised beef since 1995 and believe in providing your family with high-quality, Oklahoma-raised beef. Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished with all-natural grains. We believe in providing cattle a low-stress environment with natural shade and fresh water.

Quarter
With a quarter of beef, you receive. Fillets, Kansas City Strips, Bone-in Ribeyes, Sirloins, Ground Beef, Rump Roast, Chuck Roast, and 1/4 brisket. (No customization).
Half
With a half side of beef you are able to customize to fit your needs. We will assist you through the process of customizing your order to fit your needs.
Whole
With a whole beef you are able to customize to fit your needs. We will assist you through the process of customizing your order to fit your needs.
